I'm scared I'm gonna get banned' I've been playing in EuWest, I've played 5 games with him and won every single one. He usually does really good, I just don't know if he' hacking and I'm really worried that I'm gonna get banned

Unless you're playing ranked with him in order to boost your rank, you're fine. People are generally only banned for their own actions.
you shouldn't be banned for someone else's actions. unless you were hacking or paying him to boost your account for you then you should be fine
im not sure if i get what you are talking about, but if someone is scripting, playing with him wont get you banned.
He lost the game after you stopped playing with him. Maybe you were just carrying him to a solid winstreak :)

Remember that many countries do not require you to give testimony outside of court. This is why.
