Reporting those who troll in champ select
Why is there no report option for those who troll their team in champ select. Many people take dodge timers as sacrifice because they have trolls. WHY?! punish the right people.

one example is when someone has a champ selected and someone on the same team bans just to troll. or when two people have a champ hovered, but the last to get to pick bans (if i cant play this champ, no one gets to type attitude). Or you'll start out in pre made lobby and someone on your team already starts talking about feeding or trolling. I can't just leave these games because i'll get the dodge Q. why should i get punished because i want to avoid playing a 40 minute game with a solid team of 4 and one troll who either afk's half the game, feeds, intents, steals jngls, etc. a long list of examples exist. im sure if you were stuck in bronze elo you would understand. these dodges shouldn't have 5 minute Q's especially if you can't give a reason as to why you dodged. just my thought.

What is reporting them in the lobby going to accomplish? You will still either have to play or dodge.

In your example, banning a hover champ isn't always to troll. New champ comes out and everyone wants to play, whether they have experience or not. Banning it could be more strategic than "troll".
Banning your teammate's champ is not reportable. Much like picking yuumi jungle is not reportable.
can you give some examples of these trolls?
