1st time punished and got a 14 day ban

I don't understand this. I just got banned for 14 days for being toxic. I agree, I was toxic and I should be punished for it. Part I don't get is that this is the first time I got any kind of ban, shouldn't I be chat restricted for the first time?? This is the game and what Blitzbot told me :

Players have reported you 7 times in the past 20 games for negative or abusive behaviors in chat - in human terms, this means giving up on games, griefing your fellow players, and generally being difficult to play with over a large number of matches and teammates.

Here are some chat logs from games where you were heavily reported:

It was a hard match against 5 man premade in randoms. I got tilted at the start of the match. We started deleting them and they were so salty. I just couldn't resist adding some gasoline to the fire. Look, I understand why I was punished but I think its a bit excessive to be banned for 14 days for the 1st time. ** So can someone please explain to me how this ban system works? **

"kys" is a 0 tolerance word, leading to insta-14 days ban.

You can thank all the toxic players overusing this term over years to the point only a strict response actually reduced its occurrence.

You literally told someone to end their life The K word is a 0 tolerance word (for a good reason) and 0 tolerance words give you an instant 14 day ban And the next offense will lead to a permanent suspension

A simple "stfu" in 15 days could trigger a permaban. Think twice how much the account is valuable for you.
