League Of Legends, I find it quite amusing that you'd really have the audacity to ban my account... when this game started my account crashed till about 10 mins till end.... when I joined I was instantly being trash talked so I talked shit back... I find it quite bull that you ban an account that wasn't the only toxic player. Make your game fair for everyone maybe cause personally this games going down cause of your stupid bans and shit... im just about done with this myself <3 Love Brett//MuffinsOnCrack ;)

Riot judges each account for its own behavior, based on its own history. If you and I each call a player a moron, but I have a history of toxicity and several previous bans or warnings whereas you have a clean account, I may be punished more severely because I have had more previous chances. What happened here is that your behavior pushed you over the edge, which his may have been less severe, less frequent, or just he had a period of great behavior, all of which might result in his punishment pushing him up closer to a ban but not quite going over the edge.

Additionally, you are not always alerted when the other player in question is punished, so he might have actually gotten punished.
