So i was just having a casual ranked game and we were winning the game. But our adc just said midgame he's going to make a sandwich and he'll be back in 5 minutes. Eventually he came back but he refused to play and sat in base for the rest of the game saying how he did this 20 games already and didn't get banned. Uhm so he's win-trading and intentionally refusing to play, hence ruining other people's experience. I really hope this post gets some attention from the Riot Staff and I really hope they find a way to punish this guy. Thank you for your attention.

Hey, you need to edit the guy's name out of your post. The boards have a no naming and shaming policy. Also, unfortunately, Riot employees do not look over these boards (often) so you cannot get help here. You should submit a support ticket detailing what happened. It may take a few days but Riot will eventually get back to you.

you can pick your nose all game, run in circles in the jungle, chill by your nexus turret as long you don't type. You wont get banned. Ban/Chat Restriction in this game is automated. As long as the person does not fully sit in fountain without movie or walking around nothing will happen. People get chat restricted for just having conversation that had a word that could be used "offensively", does not matter of the context. Meanwhile people are purposely trolling without saying anything "offensive" and they wont be banned. Riot does not have real people viewing each post game reports. That's why people can abuse it just by not talking and just trolling. Heckk even when you submit a support ticket, first reply you'll get is automated blitzcrank non sense.
