League of Legends Permanent Ban

Hey, I just have a question.. I recently got permanent banned. About a week ago, my account was hacked and I received a 14 day suspension because whoever hacked my account decided to troll and feed intentionally for 3 ranked games. And so I submitted a ticket to riot, and they managed to recover my account. And about another week after recovering my account, I continued to play league of legends. I honestly think my behavior has been getting a lot better because I had not gotten account suspension in probably about a year (excluding the suspension I got due to the hacker), and it's also been about a month since I had received a 10 game chat restriction. But a couple days ago, I felt particularly salty and got in an argument with my team. I did not show homophobia, racism, sexism, etc. The only harmful words I used were words like "retard", "idiot". I know this is bad, i know that I should receive another chat restriction for at max a couple days suspension, but is it worth a permanent ban? I have already submitted a ticket and got an automated response about perma bans as a response. If this was not a mistake, ill just deal with it but I am just wondering what the opinions are at..

Did Riot remove the 14 day ban, or did you have to wait it out after recovering your account? If Riot did not remove the punishment (they normally will not) then it still counts against you and would make your next punishment a permaban.

If you want us to judge whether or not your behavior deserves a punishment, you'll have to link the chat logs, otherwise we're just going by your word. And if your last punishment was a 14-day ban, then the following is likely to be the perma-ban if received within a certain amount of games of the last punishment.

They need to perma-ban more people if you ask me. Love when you play ranked and your top lane gives up first blood then announces he is leaving and logs out.

I can't even follow your time line dude. Fix it up. You were hacked a week ago, recovered, played for a week, and now it's been a month since u had a chat restriction? I don't even know. A week after recovering your account, even though it was about a week ago that it got hacked? So like yesterday? I can't follow this mess. Lol am I just slow? Also, post logs if u really want an honest opinion. Not enough info

it's not complicated, before he was hacked and banned from the hacker he got a chat restrict. then he got banned from the hacker and then he recovered his account. he was expecting his tier to be the 25 chat restriction but instead got permanently banned because of the hackers doings. don't know if this is true, but that's what he said.
