LOL still broken

It's been 3 times that I've quit playing LOL. I leave when I can't stand the trolls anymore and generally come back around 6 months to a year later to see if anything has been fixed. Sadly, nothing has been fixed and every time I come back, it seems worse than it was before. How is it that every other game I play I get a troll, or someone just decides to throw the game because they can and want to? How is it that I report players all the damn time but it seems to do nothing as I always get trolls or children that can't handle their anger and ruin it for everyone? The system is 100% broken. How is it possible that 1 of the 5 people on my team can run down the middle yelling, "CHOO CHOO!!" the ENTIRE game start to finish and we all get a loss and lose points for that? How can someone join a game and then purposely sit in base saying they're a troll and we're going to lose and again, we get penalized for that? Worst part is I can't leave, cause I'll be the one to get reported. I have to wait 20 mins to surrender. Sometimes players just join to farm the entire time! THey don't talk to us, join team fights or do anything else besides farm. It's crazy! And again, we get penalized for this. It's complete and utter bullshit and it's the exact same reason why I quit and wait a while to see if things have been fixed but it's getting worse! The reporting system is a start but damn, you're soooo far away from fixing this issue it's crazy. People don't give a shit about getting reported, they even say, "Report me, nothing will happen, I've been reported before". Or, "I'll just make another account". They don't care!! It has to go further than that, ban their IP or something! Well that's it for me, see you in 6 months to a year, hopefully things are better because right now the game sucks balls.
