Low Priority Queue

last year i got into the low priority queue for personal reasons. its been pretty while but i still have to wait 20 mins for a game to start. i played around 20 or so games while having to wait for the 20 mins queue and i was wandering. why is it still doing this to me?. i cant play alot and i can play around half an hour (which is a game time) but i have to wait 20 mins for it so i can almost never play. can anyone help me?
