they won't get banned because they can always make the excuse of "bad game". So many idiots in my games that stand in the middle of mid lane at level 1 and just allows the enemy mid laner the free kill, but they can do that because they know they won't get banned.
Why would they get banned for it? Their intent wasn't to intentionally loose the game.
Lots of folks have their brains turned off until minions spawn. It makes them poor teammates and doesn’t speak highly of their intelligence, but it’s not necessarily inting.
or maybe they tabbed out or lagged out... an idiotic thing to do tabbed out, but not necessary INTENTIONALLY trying to get killed
