Insulting/Sexism/Racism/Death wishes ~ outside the game in LoL client chat is fine for Riot???!!!

Well this is my first discussion that I ever post on any forum so I have no real idea to start to be honest... Anyway this case was the first time where I seriously reported someone for the behaviour. I dont want to name the person obviously neither the support person that answered my ticket..

Anyway I used to play a lot with someone I met in ranked that person never was too toxic sometimes muted players but not more but usually outside the game in the client or pick phase he was real toxic insulting racist....~ So I opened a ticket so Riot would consider punishing him obviously I showed in the ticket screenshot with his name and what he wrote etc.etc. that he still insulting me and making sexual comments and racist ones to me. And the big thing what made me literally angry and sad at the same time was the answer of the ticket "we can't do anything that happens in a private chat when it isn't ingame since we can't see those chat, please consider just blocking this person". I mean it is good that they give players privacy but I have proven with 6 screenshots what he wrote and that is all I got?

Just want to hear some opinions or anyway I can maybe report him outside the ticket section?

The difference is that your friends list is 100% in your control. If you don't want to talk to this person, you remove them from your friends list. Also, since they don't have recordings of the private chats, it's word of mouth, so it's harder to make a case for, so they are erring on the side of caution. So it all comes to this - if this person is as vile as you make them out to be, remove them from your friend list, blacklist them, and never hear from them again, and your problem is solved.

It's your **private **chat - you need to accept them in your friendlist before they can talk to you. Riot is not going to monitor your private chat, that is not part of the game, that you can control 100%.

Are you talking about post game lobby or someone on your friends list messaging you? Post game lobby will be scanned and punished by reporting them. Private messages are not monitored because you have the option of removing said person from your friend's list at any time with zero negative repercussions. You are actually opting in to the conversation at this point as opposed to being trapped in a match with them

Its called privat for a reason. They dont monitor and i dont even think log it. You add people at your own risk. What happens in privat chat is nothing of riots business.

short answer: yes. this is "allowed" because your friendlist is under your controll. dont add ppl that were toxic aholes ingame.
