Toxicity does not make you win\lose more games, if you have a toxic teammate, you aren't losing because of him 90% of the times, you just don't belong in higher elo.

A toxic teammate could make the person they are harassing start running it down, stop trying, or just afk, securing a loss in a winnable game. You literally will get nothing out of telling someone how bad they are.

Correct, but toxicity DOES decrease your team's chance of victory. Just not by a number anywhere NEAR this high.

Um, nope. Someone spending their time raging very definitely affects whether or not we win the game. Like it or not, morale, communication and teamwork play a significant role.

others toxicity doesnt make a person win or lose more games, but BEING toxic does since it makes it more likely for your team to tilt or not play with you correctly.

Many times, I have seen toxic players intentionally lose the game. They punish the team because they weren't babysat and turned into a hypercarry when they didn't have the skill to even be one despite their champ pick.

I have played games where I'm carrying lanes that probably got boosted and are losing their lane horribly, but they're still trying their best and contributing to fights and following the team and even though their contribution isn't the best, their contribution is significantly higher than other toxic players who intentionally throw because they're throwing a tantrum because they lost in lane and it's the team's fault and not their fault.

Also: This is not a sub, because this is not reddit.

This seems like an opinion and not a fact. If you have real statistics please share. Even games with correlation not following toxic=lower chance of win

Also, consider this: People don't like playing with toxice players. Something I'd be interested in seeing would be a comparison of surrender rates in games w/ toxic behavior present vs. surrender rates in games w/o toxic behavior. And yes, I would also include surrender attempts

My guess? more surrenders/surrender attempts happen in toxic games.

I disagree with what you think we disagree on.
