Okay, first off, shut the fuck up trying to compare this to rape victims. Now I will tell you why you can shut up about it.
Rape victims don't have a magical fucking button that makes the problem invisible to them.
If someone is flaming you, mute and report if you want.
no flaming isnt ok, all you did was retaliate, which is equally as toxic.
the correct course of action is to just mute them. guess who gets punished if youre not even responding?
secondly, how the hell can you compare this in amy way shape or form to rape? unlike you, they dont have a button they can push to make it non existant.

You can KINDLY ask someone who's flaming to stop. But, if you're telling them to stfu or to, "keep your mouth shut kid", you're being toxic and literally adding to the problem. Kindly asking, "hey, can you please stop?" wont get you punished.

i have to agree with you. the game is ran by trolls and flamers and since they run the show they can do whatever the hell they want and if you respond to their toxic they can report you for being toxic and guess who gets punished? hint, it not them. so if someone is flaming just mute them and don't get involved.

If only there was a permitted alternative way of defending yourself from that… like, some kind of text command that would make it so that you are no longer directly affected by their harassment. Gotta wonder why Riot hasn't implemented anything like that.
