So I am on my smurf, HOPEFULLY REFORMED, and I know i havnt been toxic. I go eat lunch and come back, and find out my account has been banned for 14 days.

I havn't been toxic on this account, I dont share accounts, I dont run any programs i didnt run before. What is the deal? I've had this account for less than a week, not even 30 yet, and I already have accrued a 14 day ban. I just dont fucking get how you reform.

and the email doesnt tell em anything, basically just tells me to go to a site with a flowchart on why i am possibly banned.

I really have NO CLUE wtf i have done. Not to mention I had XP boosts going -_-, do i get another 1 or something if this ban isnt supposed to be?

Ah, I think the "site with a flowchart" you're talking about is the Support site. Log into it up top then submit a request and ask for information on your ban.
