why won't riot let us unbind our enter keys to chat
even if you did bind right enter to something else it still open chat it's almost as if riot supports toxicity because people buy exp boosts when they get banned

if you need to force yourself to not use chat to not be toxic then you deserved to be banned
Actually you can. If you go to Google and search "unbind enter key league of legends" you will find a post on how to do it. It is an old post but still works. I used it and it allows you to talk in the launcher, but once the game starts your enter key does nothing. Please note: You won't be able to ff or remake unless you alt tab out and turn the program off. I stopped using it because I had a game with 2 afks and we almost missed the remake option because I think top and adc thought I would do it, but I couldnt.
People buy botted level 30 accounts, so your theory doesn't benefit riot games. There is probably a technical problem for riots reason to not including the ability to disable the enter key in the UI, however you can manually disable it yourself using 3rd party programs like razer synapse or autohotkey.
