Yes, I was being toxic. Yes, i was flaming. Yes, i understand the rules and regulations but to get banned for playing with a Jayce as an ADC is just ridiculous. Ezreal that was on my team was flaming me just as hard. I just dont understand the Perma Ban for this particular reason. Help me understand.

You cant appeal permbans or get unbanned, you had multiple warnings you would be banned for any further broken rules. Yet you still flamed.

Neither of these have anything to do with why you got banned. You chose to flame after being told you cant do that again, it is that simple.

Wait what? You just said you understood your toxicity and the rules, and now you suddenly don't understand it?

The system doesn't punish based on severity alone. It punishes based on consistency x severity, meaning you can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many many games of mild toxicity.

If I were to use an analogy; Think of it like a health bar (or tension meter) in music games. When you hit the note at an off beat, your tension meter increases. When you completely miss a note, the meter increases by alot. When you hit the note at good timings, it reduces the meter.

Riot's behavior system works the same way, as in we all have a toxicity meter attached to our accounts. When players are mildly toxic, it goes up a tad. When people use hate speech, it pretty much fills up the meter. of course, clean games reduce the meter.

If Ezreal had the same behavioral history as yourself, then sure, he should be punished as well. But we don't know that information.

You opted to not read or ignore the warning on the 14 day ban that said "further punishment may result in perm ban".

Basically, it isn't a matter of "Do I deserve a Permaban?" but "Do I deserve a punishment?" Which you already had a history of.

I must be stupid because I don't see what's "toxic" with this chat log. I Feel like the system just bans people for typing too much at this rate. I feel like flame to the community and riot at this rate is something along the lines of 'you died' how is that flame?

Auto ban system is a joke. People are literally allowed to troll games, but if you respond to a troll it's grounds to get permad. A complete joke.
