Does anybody actually go over reports?

The Tribunal System is apparently, to my understanding run by non paid workers. Its done by the community yes? Well I have a question for you guy. Why are you letting this community run a tribunal system that is corrupt and bans people who shouldn't be deserved to be banned. For instance, I just played a game. I did poorly in the mid lane. I had two not one but TWO teammates who were a duo and decided to put the blame on me for doing poorly. Now, they got the entire game to report me based off me doing poorly. I got banned for it literally 30 seconds afterwards. So my question to you Riot Games, is why.. Why do you let this happen. People in this community are literally egging people on. Even when they are muted they get somebody else to harass a teammate as well. Why should people be banned when being falsely reported by an entire game? With this, it is impossible for a "Tribunal Jury" to read through the entire chat in under 1 minute. What I honest to god think is that riot games has a system to where if somebody gets reported enough even if its not violating the "Summoners Code" they have a 100% chance of getting banned. Lets says 7 people report you for verbal abuse. Those 7 reports will not go to the tribunal for further investigation. Instead the account will receive an automatic ban due to the amount of people that reported your account in one game. So what happens when somebody gets falsely reported?

The system is automated. It scans your chat logs (for verbal abuse reports) for the behavior. While you might think "A machine can't know how to do that!" it is actually very good at its job; technology is a lot better than people give it credit today. The chance of the system punishing you for false reports is almost impossible.

The real problem is that some people are behaving in a manner that they think is ok, but is considered unacceptable by the vast majority of the community. Retaliation is not accepted as an excuse for being toxic; if you have an issue with another player, please mute them, and report if need be. Getting into an argument will never improve the situation, and almost always creates new problems or makes the current one worse.

The system is not perfect. It's not even a little decent. It lets in game griefing go quite easily and trolls know it. The system is a failure at actually stopping the root problem. You'll notice how quickly Riot stopped talking about what they were doing to stop intentional feeders.
