As we see alot of people getting perma banned, but on their other accounts their spirit is crushed, and stomped on by Riot. I feel like riot only let loltyler1 get his account unbanned since they would gain playerbase, but what about us tiny players? The one that makes the game big?

His accounts were not unbanned. They just stopped banning his accounts immediately when he made them (or when they found out he made them).

Tyler1 never had an account unbanned. Your second chance is being able to still play but just with another account. Even before then, you're given warnings... one or more chances with chat restrictions... a temporary ban. As for their spirits crushed and stomped by Riot, I don't think that's Riot's doing. Those people more or less did it to themselves. Why should we expect to loosen it more than that already since they clearly didn't learn with the chances they were given?
No. The Second Chance program had unacceptable levels of recitivism. This isn't a person's life, so we don't owe it to people that are incapable of (or refuse to) behaving themselves to let them ruin more games on the tiny sliver of a chance that they're one of the <1% that's actually willing and able to change their behaviour, especially since it's easy enough for them to accept their punishment and start over of they've truly grown.
I have very little faith that someone that can't even accept that they deserve to lose their account for their behavior will be able to change it - and at the end of the day, I care a lot less about letting toxic people play the game than I do about non-toxic people having to deal with them.

People who get permabanned don't realize that being able to play after a 14 day ban IS the second chance. Riot says they have a zero tolerance policy against certain things, but doesn't permaban people if they break those particular rules. They get one more chance.
Should there be another chance after a permaban? No, they had enough chances to fix their behavior before they reached that step.

Against. Besides the misinformation about Tyler1 that others have pointed out (some less...eloquently than others. Jo0o), you seem to ignore the fact that most people who get permabanned already had a second chance. Some get upwards of three chances, and others teeter on one or two tiers until a hard crash into a permanent ban.
Three chances, in my opinion, is more than enough. If someone gets permabanned, odds are high that they deserved it. If they really wanted to keep their account, they should have payed attention when they got 14-day banned.
Isnt there another thread with like 2000 upvotes asking for more chances for perma banned people?

TYLER1 DIDN'T GET HIS ACCOUNTS BACK. HE ONLY GOT HIS ID BAN REMOVED How many times do we have to say this so people would understand
