Low lvl gameplay in a nutshell

I ok with Riot punishing people for insults and toxic behaviour, although i think that if you can mute person, you should be ok. A troll will begin trolling a game if you don't feed him. But if Riot wants to ban insults, thats ok, they have their own way. And no, this is not the "i got banned for insulting people, but im right". I want to ask Riot why do they put so little effort on banning people who troll games. Those chat-scilent feeders, soft-inters etc. i Just had 3 guys in ARAM that lost 1 teamfight and went afk saying "end it" and walked circles around our base so they dont trigger AFK system. How is this ok? I reported all of them and the system does nothing. And before u say that ARAM is fun mode, bla bla bla, it is a fun mode, and there is no fun in playing FUN mode with 3 guys afk. ANd they DID say it in chat, but the system ignores it. Good job RIOT, no wonder each day i have less and less desire to play this shit-show. Good luck in DOTA-dumbster.

P.S. - I've played on every elo from Bronze to Diamond 3, its all the same, Diamond may play a little better, but they behave the same as Iron or Bronze. Same % of toxic trolls. I personally think the reason for so many games being trolled is because Riot wants to shut players so they dont talk. A person should be able to say whatever he/she wants. Someone insults you? mute. Someone talks stupid things? mute. Yes, he can start trolling if he doesnt get anything from you, but IF he knows that he will get banned for insulting people, he WILL NOT stop insults, that person will just go to the plan B right away and troll the shit out of your game. So the first thing to ban for is Trolling. Perma-ban inters right from first or second time, and the game will become better, but i know you will never do it, u need that money coming, right? Better introduse more SJW politics and tell that you want to change toxic people. So far no change in that area.
