i dont understand. isnt account sharinf bannable? or is the account thats getting banned is only the shared one?

there's a youtuber called kingstix that only uses accounts he buys. he said on one video he buys an account wait some time and uses it when he needs (or when other accounts get banned) so is the account thats getting banned only the shared one? not all of the accounts that where used on the same ip?

Just the shared account. Ip banning is not a reliable thing to do.

Purchased/botted accounts are usually banned in waves. It's not an ideal situation, but it's the best that Riot is currently capable of, apparently. He'll be able to use his purchased accounts for, at most, a few months at a time.
