So @RiotTantram - Riot's thoughts on saying "EZ" after a win

so riot engineer in North America stated that people who say easy do get punished if they do it frequently. I've been started to playing league since season 3 when AP Master Yi was still a thing. However, I don't know what happened people started to say easy after a match no matter if it is literally easy. This situation lasted for a couple of years and it's just getting worse even though riot do "punish" them. I thought the purpose of the punishments is to reduce the frequency of people doing it and create a better environment for the summoner's rift. But what I actually experienced is not what I expected. I do understand that banning an account is too serious about saying easy. However, banning the account or not is not the real question here, our purpose is to reduce the "easy"s. Maybe riot should come up with a better solution to this problem otherwise people who constantly getting bullied will eventually start and more and more people will join in, I don't think riots happy to see that. Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal Ezreal

riot has said saying 'ez' wont lead to a punishment by itself since it is the softest trash talk ever invented. you can say ez after every game and never get punished. but it could contribute to a punishment. so if they say other bad things and also 'ez' then they are more likely to get punished.

If people get butthurt by trash talk riot should implement an option in menu that rewords certain phrases when turned on. Instead of "Ggez" you'd get "Good try friends!" or if you say "Fuck" you'd get "Gosh Darn It"

Then people can't moan and whine when people trash talk

.. Idk just an idea

How can some1 get bullied because an enemy said 'ez' to them? It's not an insult nor personal attack so it's shouldn't be considered toxic when you think about it. And what if you have Ezreal in your game and some1 calls him 'Ez' constantly? Are you saying some1 should be punished because they are calling champs by shorter versions of their names? Stop being a drama queen and just simply disable all chat if you feel bullied because of that harmless phrase... And btw, considering the snowbally nature of this game, matches can sometimes be indeed easy, so what's wrong with just stating the obvious fact?

Oh here is an idea! Put in an option to disable port game chat and in game chat in the "game options" That would require actual thought, fore sight and programming skills though.
