It is also a different subject of that one you point i already opened a discussion about , so please reopen the ticket so we can keep up the discussion about that.

And this thread also reffer to actually how Rioters claim to fix problems on support line assistance ,and perfectly fits in this area , as i was speaking about my behavour on support assistance line , and how the answers are approached + automatic answers + disrespectful answers + no answer tickets which keep get automatly answers even if you request them to cut off with them.

As I pointed out in the previous thread, you already had a discussion open regarding this issue: your permanent ban and dealing with support regarding the ban you had mentioned your contact with support in a comment in one of your threads. You also have an additional thread open regarding this using another account; regardless if that was intentional, you should stop spamming the boards.

Considering how you act here on the boards you should start rethinking if you really wanna blame Riot for turning down your (ticket)requests.

Firstly, board moderators and specialists are just community members. They volunteer to moderate the boards so we can enjoy a certain environment and are not Rioters.

Boards posts are also not tickets and have nothing to do with Riot support.

If your concern is your tickets being closed, it's because your question has already been answered. Asking the same question over and over again won't get you different results.

Of course, if you want to further understand what you did wrong, you are free to post your chatlogs here and we, as community members, can give you insights as well.

Few things:

  1. I'm not a Rioter and don't have access or knowledge about your tickets.

  2. I can see how the two topics are closely related, and also somewhat different. I'll unlock the one discussion that was recently locked of yours. I'll also be deleting one of the discussions that is you talking about your ban, but on a different account.

  3. Since your matter on the boards has been addressed, I'll lock this post. I don't typically do this for boards-related discussions, but I think it would assist you and other board members in discussing your suspension and support's response.

  4. I and other board members would appreciate if you did not spam the boards.
