1. Use outside communication such as Teamspeak, or Discord.
2. Use alt accounts except the one who needs to win.
3. Synchronise the solo/duo qeue.
4. During afk check ask each other, if everyone got it at the same time. + - 1 second.
5. If not, then decline, and retry. If yes, then accept, and very great chance, that you get into the same game. You might on opposite team, but still the same game.

If you are in the same team, then you got a 3, or 4 premade on solo/duo greatly increasing your chance, if you know how to work as a team. If you are in opposite team, then it's better, because you can decide which side wins.

Solution: Instead of inviting the moment the game can. Wait until an invite frequency. Start game in every X minutes, and if a team is not full, then send them to the next X minute.
