Fill game ruiners really need quicker and harsher punishments

If you pick fill(or support, same difference I guess), and you're proud that you didn't get the slot you 'wanted' and are going to lose on purpose...basically you are optimizing how many games you can ruin in a day since you are picking fill. When I play fill as opposed to selecting jungle or top or mid or bot...I find games pretty much instantly. Sure, sometimes I don't get support, but as a general rule, I get into a draft lobby very, very fast. If I don't, it takes me quite a while.

Someone can ruin a game in the time it may take someone else the time to find 2-6 games or so. It might not seem like much, but over time it adds up, and the matchmaking gets more and more messed up. If players are allowed to ruin games, that's one thing, but when they don't get punished and can jump into games faster to ruin them more efficiently because they're choosing fill but abusing it, that's a whole new level of toxicity and it should be dealt with. I don't even want to play the game anymore because this is a problem that has been rising over I don't know how many weeks now.
