so basically i got a lucian who soft trolled, he didnt wanna leash me and i told him to come and he didnt, so i died from the enemy and dont have any red buffs for me. and i was flaming i know i know its bad but i have anger issues. but i have only gotten 1 ban before and never chat restricted... am i not supposed to get a 30 day ban? ive only gotten 14 day ban before and also this ban was from only 1 game, only 1 chat log and the other ban was 2 chat logs. please tell me this is an error and they can make it 30 day instead

That's a new one. Soft trolled? So basically, "Anything I don't agree with" right?

He is not required to leash you. Leashing is a courtesy that people volunteer to do for the jungler. It's nice to do, it's not required.

He is not required to do anything you tell him to do. You are not required to do what people tell you to do either. Everyone gets to play their own game.

Sounds like a situation where someone was going to die anyway if they invaded. Might have been good that Lucian wasn't there also.

There is no 30 day ban. The punishment tier after 14-day ban is the perma, and I believe it says as such on the message you get with the 14-day ban. You're on thin ice for quite a while after a 14-day ban.

if you use 0 tolerance words etc it's possible to skip the chat restrictions and go to a 14 day ban instantly And on that report card it CLEARLY says the next offence will lead to a permanent ban

The old system (with the tribunal) had 1, 3, 7, 14, 28/30 day bans before permanent (depending on the severity of what you did ofcourse). The current system, which has been used for many years now, only has a 14 day ban before you get slapped with permanent. You should get a warning with the 14 day ban telling you that you're on thin ice or something (I don't know what it says or when you're supposed to get it as I've never been punished before) and any offenses can lead to a permanent ban. I guess you did not heed the warning.

I would write a Support ticket or message them on Twitter. If this behavior you've recently exhibited is entirely unlike what led to a 2-week ban previously, they might alter this punishment.

i know i said very bad words but why 1 game? he was harrasing me first which it wont say in logs but he was.

Riot really doesn't care what happened that provoked you. If you acted like a shit in chat, they won't hesitate to ban your account. Nothing you post here will help your case. You might try contacting support and hope that they're lenient given that you never received a chat ban in the past.

When you got your 14 day ban, it clearly stated that it was your very last warning, and any bit of toxicity would result in a ban. I don't think 30 day bans exist in this system.

the matter of the fact is he harrased me first for dying, and then i was like "dude stop being stupid" or something like that and he starts flaming even more. i think its too harsh since i have never gotten a single chat restriction. and also its only from one game. he was just as toxic so i think atleast it should measure from more games than one

14 day bans are the last chances usually

you having anger issues isn't something riot should consider when punishing you deal with your issues don't blame riot
