Is there a way to remove a permaban?

Look ill be the first to admit that i was a toxic before. (young adult male, not the best upbringing) and i had an account permabanned about a year ago. Sense then ive made a new account and I dont flame anymore or even talk for that matter. If the team is friendly i talk to them if they arnt I just /mute all at the beginning of the game and outside of basic call outs I pretty much just ignore chat and mind my own business now. So i want to know if its possible to reverse the ban if i can prove that i dont exhibit toxic behaviors anymore sense i had a good amount of skins and what not on that account from the 3 or so years that i had played on it.

yeah, unbanning you needs to lead to a lot of publicity for Riot regardless of how much you deserved the permanent ban or how obvious it is that you havent really changed.

You can always try. If you can prove to Riot support that was your account and you have spotless record on current account, you can ask them to exchange your current account for banned one.

Most likely won't work, but you can try. Send ticket into Riot support.

Why no ban those players who trolling full game but ban those who have insulted them for a good reason?
