Boosting friend in low levels with a high level account
Am I correct in thinking that this behaviour of boosting in blind/draft with a high level account against low levels purely for wins isnt allowed as it abuses the system?

There are no restrictions based on account level. You can play on a level 1,000 account with a friend who is on a level 1 account, neither player will be punished.
Elo boosting is a punishable offense, but not "level" boosting.
You have your lvl200+ account, and your friend decided to try League, so you want to play together. How are you supposed to do it, other than by playing together, high lvl+low lvl?
That is not boosting. Boosting is having someone (better) play on someone else's account in order to increase the rank of the account owner. Playing with your friends doesn't break any rules, regardless the difference between the account levels
What is it they are boosting in Normal mode? Win or lose, you still get level xp....
With the way matchmaking works, it's far more likely the whole enemy team will play at or close to your level and it'll be your lower level friend who's out of luck.
That's why most people make smurf accounts to do this (and why duos should not be allowed in solo queue).
awesome, so i have to lose every game because some high lvl player want to boost his mates, GREAT JOB. Thats not acceptable tbh
