Permanently Banned

Good morning/afternoon/evening. I was permanently banned for something I had accidentally done. I had admittedly first told the enemy team to, as people I often fight type, “kys” out of anger and in my spam in an attempt to forfeit I accidentally sent said message a few more times. Regardless for profuse apologizing for my crass and rude behavior. I was still banned. Permanently. I had promised myself that Season 9 was gonna be a new season for me, but my account got banned before I got the opportunity to take part. Is there any way I can possibly be unbanned so I can show that I’ve changed? I really want to continue playing League of Legends, especially on this account.

How do you accidentally type and repeat "kys"? This is like saying the N word.

This sounds like a self control issue to me.

Riot doesn't revert bans unless they were done by mistake, encouraging someone to commit suicide is never ok over a game. I'm sorry but you broke the rules and the account is lost. That's a severe offense

I will do absolutely anything I can to have my ban revoked, whether it be a chat mute, whether I have to play a game with a member of the Riot team watching. I’ll do anything it takes to show that I can continue to be honorable and play the game with respect.

What everyone here is circling around in saying is go send a ticket or seek the help of Live Chat at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ! Perhaps if you throw yourself at the mercy of the court and let them know the repeated sayings were in error they coooould forgive you for the first.

There actually is precedence for a ban initiated for saying KYS to be overturned and is displayed in this forum if you scroll enough, as it was looked at in direct context of how It was used (in this instance, they may have been cheering a Sion or something to go yolo on the enemy nexus to finish the game).

Well, a banned account doesn't mean you can't have a new leaf in season 9. In fact, it is the chance to have THE NEWEST LEAF for you! To be the face of a "new player' who says nothing but nice, kind, positive, friendly, and encouraging things every game no matter what. What you miss out is only the Skins and things left behind, but do not give up hope! Join some League of Legend discord communities to enter contests for free RP! Make wonderful new friends who might feel like gifting you a skin for your great attitude! Maybe you end up in a match with a Riot staff who says "wow, this person has just the best attitude, i'ma give them a free skin for it." ---> (Hugs my DJ Sona skin <3)

Fresh Account also means Fresh placements! Might end up in Gold or higher on the first try! YOU CAN DO IT WE BELIEVE IN YOU! :D

But at the very least, just don't say KYS anymore, ever. There is no reason, its hurtful, and mean. Be a bigger person than that.

I mean, you can try and send a support ticket but as long as the ban wasn't an accident then they 99.9% won't revert it. Since the ban actually wasn't an error odds are very high they won't unban it (especially if your 14 day ban was recently)

I completely understand if my ban cannot be revoked and I am 100% willing to start a fresh account if the case be required.
