I would send in a support ticket. I imagine you accidentally triggered the bot or someone reported you post game after seeing you say that to get back at you. Either way, that use of the phrase shouldn’t be bannable.

It's for mentioning how the Kha'zix said "kys" in the post game.

This is why I hate automated systems. They cannot consider context, and whoever is employing it usually acts as if it cannot make a mistake.

And from what I know on this, you're fucked. I don't think Riot makes exceptions if you say a zero tolerance word, no matter the context, despite the fact that you were clearly positive and did nothing objectionable. Definitely appeal the ban, though, I could very well be wrong, and I hope I am.

That Kha'zix should receive a permaban for that shit, though. He was clearly encouraging people to break the rules so he could hit them with a 14-day ban. Attempting to abuse the IFS in this manner should have even less tolerance than zero tolerance chat.

The game became so funny with bans and perma bans. They made it worse, disgusting , this is a good example! Also have 14 days suspension because of international feeding 2-8-6 and they ban me without shame just one game! Really bad. And perma ban my main account, account that has 10k games + and so much money on it. How is possible people to don’t report u after 500 games

It's an error. Just send a support ticket.

Though I'm curious why are people downvoting you. It is a clear case of the fact that the bot doesn't recognize context. You should be upvoted for visibility at least, so people can see that not all "I got banned" threads are Q.Q and a waste of time. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

For everybody interested: After submitting the ticket it showed this text at the right border:

"WE ONLY REVERSE BANS THAT ARE CLEARLY ERRORS MADE BY THE SYSTEM."

I guess I have a chance to play... although that might take 1-5 days :(

Update: I took 5 days and I got unbanned, also the honour level got back to my level prior to the ban. Ty Riot :)

Im curious, where did you get the idea that explaining it would be ok? Anyways, riot has a precedent of reversing bans from not toxic people who were nailed by a zero tolerance system, so it looks likely that you will get unbanned.
