I was banned for 2 weeks due to me raging at my team since they fed, and now I am not able to receive hextech loot? I am not sure if this a glitch or something because I am no longer banned and have no punishments. Is this permenent or a bug? Please leave answers and opinions below, thanks. =D
this is not a bug. players who have been labeled as toxic by the tribunal are ineligible to receive loot for a varying amount of time per different person. i had a 10 game chat restrict. about 2 weeks ago. since that i have been friendly and encouraging, the opposite of toxic, and i am now able to earn loot again. just continue to be good and you will at some point, be labeled as reformed and be able to earn again.
Other players have posted that it took them 30-40 games to get loot again. granted, those are typically 10 game chat restrictions.
since yours is a 2-week ban, it might take longer.
also keep in mind that you are on the verge of being permabanned. minor stuff such as phishing for reports, unsportsmanlike trashtalk, calling someone noob / bad can get you punished, resulting to a permaban.

I was banned 4 months ago and still cant get hextech loot.......so it could be a VERY long time for 2 week bans it seems. Don't worry though....riot will gladly take your $$$$$$$ and let you enjoy hextech crafting that way.
40 game is for 10 game chat restrict, not 2 week. I've never seen a post from someone reforming a recent 2 week ban to hextech rewards.
