Barring the "%%%%%%%%%" which is everybody guess what it even is, and possibly sheep shagger, the rest are nowhere near being bannable.
Also, imagine being so tough that you have to let others know about it across the internet in a video game chat.

They are not, however they are not recommended and are usually used in derogitory terms.
For example, going "f..." after you got ganked and died, that is generally not punished. However going "you are f...ing sh.." that is in the realm of toxic behavior and too much will cause you to get punished.
That said.... Take an english class or open a book. You do not need to use those words to convey meaning, nor do they help in any way. The fact that most people overuse them, does not mean that they should be used or allowed. It does not do anything except help someone express anger, and with anger going towards someone else that becomes flame. Flame neither helps win a game nor does it help anyone feel better.
Tell me honestly, when you absolutely cuss someone out and flame them.... do they play better? Do you feel better? Does it make you feel good if they feel horrible because you put the blame on them? For most people.... to all but the trolls.... it does not.
Does it usually mean that trolls are absolutely laughing at your anger? Yes.

That's a list of censored words for people that choose to keep the vulgar language filter. It has nothing to do with the so called "banwords".
League players need to be honest shit, fuck, smartass, and ass are not bannable I say this kind of SHIT on the daily its all in the way you use them so if youre using them to insult people maybe just be less of a dick?

It's not the players, it's the generation. Go outside, interact with them and you will see that they aren't only soft but a lot of other uninspiring things as well. It's not their fault though. Most of their mommies and daddies made them that way.
Makes for a gentlemanly game
There are two sides of the coin. As an older whippersnapper I definitely think things have gone to far as everyone seems to be offended by anything before you even finish your sentence. However, it's the intent that matters to me most. I'm generally a nice guy, but instead of people teaching me politely what they find offensive, they spit at me. (sometimes they're nice)
