bronze silver games , how it looks ?

Like this : Im playing vayne, i got hard ganked by 4 players and my team goes like "REPORT VAYNE FEED NOOB" . If i gank and i die "REPORT PLS" .

We have a jungle who afk farm first gank at min 20 who randomly make kills and finish with a better score so chat is "OMG REPORT THIS TEAM ALL FEED IM THE BEST" .

Im 2/0 in early . 4 on bot kills me 2-3 times so score is 2/3 or 2/4 . Late all the enemy team are fed so they 1 shot everyone so i will be like 2/6 or 2/7 + and chat "REPORT FOR FEED OMG NOOB TEAM GO AFK TROLL FEED etc".

Not blaming how bad / good are the players but those words are destroying ur game . Ever when someones make a little bit of mistake "REPORT REPORT REPORT"

Can we PLEASE make a petition to CENSORE the words : kys , kill urself , noob , report , troll , feed , go afk , idiot , fk u , fck u , fk you , fck you , bastard and all those words pls ? And pls DISABLE caps lock in some offesive words ingame because that is tilting u so hard especially in bronze / low silver . This would help the players who are toxic to have a better behaviour .

The problem is the system incentivizes toxicity. Trolls have all the power to hold a game hostage. Its really sad and that's why I haven't been playing much league anymore.

There's been many suggestions, such as votekick with punishment but I don't think votekick works. After Trump was elected I lost my faith in the majority of people voting to make an informed decision. In a real world context, it's still the only better choice out there since a dictatorship is even worse. But in a league context it means people will be votekicked and punished for the wrong reasons.

I think that voteleave without punishment is a much better idea. People can vote to disband a game that's currently in progress, and if 6/10 of the people vote to disband a game the game doesn't count towards stats and is treated as if it didn't exist. Nobody is punished.
