Hi guys and Riot game I want to report a racist from korea , when the game start i ask my chinese friend go ap or ad and this racist continuesly blame me and my friend use %%%%% or chingchangchong some offensive words, his summnor name is <removed by moderation> , please help us , we can provide any evidence.
This is not the place to report people. Report them in the post game or send a ticket directly to Riot, but making a post on the boards that states that player's name is considered public shaming and is just as much of a punishable offense as anything this person said or did.

I edited out the name from your post, as per the Board rule against Name & Shame. Calling out people in the manner you used creates a witch hunt which is not allowed.
If you have a problem with someone in game, then be sure to use the report function at the end of the game, or if someone continues to harass you out of game, then submit a Support Ticket.
