Petiton to get back perma banned accounts
This can be legit with enough people that think they should have not been banned and that have lost money. If you want in let me know. If we cant get them bakc we will make sure others are banned as well.

For everyone 1 person wanting to sign a "petition" to unban accounts there will be 1,000 that don't want those players coming back.

I know the feels of trying to get a petition rolling too, see im trying to make it so Perma-banned people are also banned from the Boards.

It's not Riot's fault those permabanned people didn't choose to be a good boy after how many punishment tiers they had received. So no, permabanned stays permabanned, that's it.

Sure,we're toxic.Sure,we deserve being punished,none(that isn't a troll) said that we don't deserve to get punished.But permabans?Come on that's the WORST thing you can do.You get that 14 days ban as the "last chance to reform".Have you seen prisoners reforming in 14 days?Cause I haven't,well sure there are exceptions but those are rare.
For me,those 14 days ment nothing,they passed like the wind and I was back in the game already,have I reformed?Ofc not,I didn't even think that the permaban was coming next so why would I have?Then it hit me,the permaban.It only took a second to realize how much I've lost : account since season 1,countless skins,almost every champ and for what reason?Well first of all,my own fault,I've should've never been that toxic,but then again,Riot didn't really try to help me improve my behaviour either.And this is why I think the system is flawed.If you truly want a player to reform,punish him,hard.Show him that he's lost his beloved account,not for 14 days AND NOT PERMANENTLY,those 14 days don't mean anything.If you like those 14 days,keep them,but don't make the next ban permanent.
After those 14 days end,the next time you get punished should be something like,3 months ban.That's a plenty amount of time to reflect on your actions,to see that things are getting real and Riot won't let you continue like this much longer.After that,comes the final warning,before you get stripped away forever of your account : the seasonal ban.Banning a player for a whole season,now that's a really long time to fix your flaws,to improve.Riot could also keep track of the smurfs you make,if they see your behaviour greatly improved then they can reduce that punishment down bit by bit.
If people still get punished after this,then they have 0 rights of even bothering to explain themselves.As of now,after the 14days ban,I felt like,so what?Next one is one month probably,I'll have enough time to change(I did not read the mail I was sent to,I didn't need to see my own chat as I knew what got me banned) and if you check my activity on boards,I've pretty much never been active since old forums went down) so you can only imagine my face when I saw that it was a permaban.
