Are they even being addressed in the game anymore. I get one very crass person every other day and I used to get notified when actions were taken. Haven't gotten a notification in over a month. Some of these guys are saying things I don't think any person with children let alone any person who has any type of moral compass what so ever want to hear.

I don't think it is at "an all time high." It is about the same as usual, and it is punished as usual, you don't always get the notifications.
