Hopefully a Riot employee will see this so I can get some justice

First time posting because I am legitimately beyond upset that a player I was just in a game with did not get punished at all for AFK'ing half the game. Literally stood in base because I wouldn't kill top when Drakes were up. Mind you I was 7/2/8, mid was a even KDA, ADC was 9/1/?, and she (irelia) was above 1 to 1 KDA. We also had all enemy tier 2 turrets down, an inhib as well, we had Baron, as well as 4 drakes, with our bot tier 1 and all tier 2 turrets intact. So, essentially we had the game in the bag. Yet she AFK'd because I wouldn't go up top to kill the 1 and 8 Teemo (Irelia was under CS'd and underleveled due to consistent roaming) because I wanted to secure Drakes. She was afk mind you the entire time Teemo was pushing top during Drakes not even defending tower insisting I go up and solo kill otherwise she would be afk. I don't know if the system is still in place where you are notified if a player is punished afterwards or not I'm wondering because I was not notified that a player had been punished, but I want confirmation she was punished in some way shape or form. I will not name and shame but if someone involved with customer service asks for the name so I can get confirmation this player got what she deserved I will give it.

Also, before anyone starts accusing me that I flamed her or called her bad or anything along those lines, I did not.
