I got permanently banned for this game, alots of my friends have been even more toxic and i can nearly not even see the wrongs in this. please help

On your 14 day ban report card it CLEARLY said that the next offence will lead to a permanent ban So......

0 tolerance words are bannable

I can see this as deserving a punishment, you spent a large amount of chat insulting one of your teammates in one way or another. If you've had a recent 14-day ban then the next step on the ladder is a permanent ban.

If you haven't had a 14-day ban recently send a ticket to support.
