Report flooding isnt punishable Report lose value over false reports so someone who floods reports will do almost nothing to you unless your speaking of ticket flooding the support board it is not punishable however the more you submit the less chances they read them 1st. Im sure they're automated but duplicate reports are probably filtered into another listing to be reviewed later

Wookie is a real ... something Wookie isn't a big shot though just in charge of people who handle tickets...

I doubt you would get in trouble for ticket spamming.. (in theory possible) you would just get ignored more. He is part of the old riot team so he is passive aggressive troll.

You have to remember I am famous for flaming the living heck out of a now fired riot employee and her husband. I know the insides and outs of the old riot crew but so many new employees compared to the old ones...

Things seem like they have changed.

Wookie is the same though... same old wookie.

Ticket flooding is not only not punishable, but the support staff has no means of even blacklisting/stopping you. If you were to, say, write a script to email them constantly, they'd still have to non-script copy-paste an answer to each.

Disclaimer: Speaking on this from the perspective of personal logic, not as an insider.

As someone that has worked in support, it's relatively clear when tickets come in and there is no point to them other than spam or whatever. It's also relatively easy to set up rules that can filter through obvious spam.

For Riot specifically, most ticket categories require being logged in; if they noticed a huge volume of spam tickets coming from a particular account, I have a hard time thinking they wouldn't either block that account from ever sending future support tickets or issue a warning.
