14 days Suspension at first offense

So first, before pasting my chat logs, I want to say that on this account i have never been banned or chat restricted and i was on my way to honor 3. Then I played a ranked game as jungler and my team started to flame me hard and tell me to uninstall and such to wich I barely responded and at the end of the game, the 4 people on my team reported me. This resulted in a 14 days suspension of my account.

So here is the complete log, I understand that I should have just muted the trolls and flamers but I believe I only said one Fuk and stfu. I realized this could be considered offensive but compared to my whole team I was the only one not flaming hard and the things my team said were way worse than anything I have ever said, but only because 4 of them reported me, I got banned for 14 days.

I am not saying that I dont deserve punishment but I think that a 14 days ban is really too much. With a 14 days ban I am 1 ban from getting permaban but my conduct before that game was always positive and even as my teamates were flaming me I was trying to make them stop so we can win the game. On the other hand my team just gave up and blamed me for the loss.

So to conclude my rant, I believe that a 14 days suspension is way to harsh and I would love it if my sentence could be reduced to a chat restriction or something more fitting of what I said. Since I have this account I have been nothing else than a person play with honor and trying my best to lead my team to victory. So I doubt that a 14 days ban is appropriate, since then if something like this happen, were all of my teammates blame me and report me all at the same time ill get permabanned and all of the money I spent and was planning on spending will just disappear.

I'm not asking you to let me go without any punishment but I hardly think that I deserved to be banned for 14 days just because 4 persons, who were way more toxic than I ever was during the game, reported me. To be fair I think a chat restriction might have been more appropriate considering it is the first time I get punished for being toxic.****

I've read through this entire thing and it's definitely not deserving of a 14-day. If you didn't have any prior punishments, file a support ticket or contact live support and let them handle it.

I think this is pretty unfair suspension.

Just some friendly advice I would advise staying away from saying the following words altogether in your future games: "trolling, inting, toxic, report, (any profanity here)"

Also, it seems like the IFS recognizes patterns of "rank shaming". Even if it's mild natured brag to say "hey, i'm better than you please shut up". Or "dang you guys are so bronze." It often results in punishments.

Alternately, as long as you're not playing an off-meta champion, you can just mute the chat and not respond at all and you won't get in trouble.

It could be because you mentioned that you were permabanned before. They'll probably revert it, but that could be a strike on its own. It's kind of a "don't ask, don't tell" thing with making new accounts to play again.

I really don't know what you're complaining about. You told them to report you:

So they did. You thought nothing could happen to you. You were wrong, because obviously you were toxic. Riot punished you. Man wtf is your problem, just don't be toxic and you wouldn't be in this situation. Nobody's fault but yours.

It's very common for lanes to blame jg for their own incompetence. It sucks, it is human nature, and frankly speaking they are frustrated that they can't win.

They have 0 right to blame the jg, but they do. I identified some common trends from your response.

  1. Lanes do not freeze minions under their turret when they are threatened. You are correct here 100%, it is pointless to gank when the enemy is winning and hiding under turret, if you did gank chances are you won't even get minion xp, which slows a jgs progression.

  2. Some people are just not cunning enough to bait, or strategize for a positioned gank. A lot of people just farm in lane and wait for jg to miraculously pop out of walls...

  3. When all lanes are losing they tend to band together and blame jg while not realizing that jgs rotations are also very important.

It sucks when this happens, but you can't stop people acting badly when they lose, or win.

In the future just mute 🔕 it's really not worth it with these behaviours.

You should consider taking a break anyway, It'll make you feel better. Maybe not for the two weeks but definitely something, league Is pretty stressful.

Yea the suspension is unfair. 14 days ban are usually only for stuff like "kys" or offensive slurs.

I do agree though, that it's a bit toxic. Next time, tell em to fuck off and just mute them, no point in arguing with dumb people.

God I wish i could just post my chat logs for people so you can see for yourself some examples of how to handle being flamed. I recently started jungling... mainly on a different account... and as a pretty ignorant jungler, i get flamed often lol. I dont make playground insults at them. I bait them into flaming me more by acting reasonable in the face of their madness. They cant handle it. It pisses em off even more and they stfu without me even asking them to. You should try it. But you need thick skin. Cant get upset by their nerdy ass video game playing insults. Just ask them serious questions about what theyre upset about, and then ignore their response. It disarms them. Dont explain in depth why you made whatever play got them mad. Just keep your responses really short and NEVER insult them. Never talk about yourself. Leave your ego out of it. (No "i made gold" bullshit, that only feeds them because they can see youre getting mad and that you are actually taking it seriously. Its like showing a weakness.)
