I was banned previously, for being toxic. However I believe that I wasn't toxic, yeh I admit i said 1 or 2 bad things, however i dont believe it was enough for a perma ban. Could i please get this checked again by anyone? It seems a little unfair that I get a perma ban for something so minor. THANKS!
The way the system works, it is 100% possible to get a permanent ban for something minor. There are 4 punishment tiers:
1.) 10 day chat restriction 2.) 25 day chat restriction 3.) 14 day suspension 4.) Permanent ban
Whenever you get punished, you move up the punishment ladder, regardless of how minor the offense may have been. This means that each punishment gets harsher and harsher until you reach the permanent ban, and the reform card for your 14 day ban specifically says that your next punishment will be a permanent ban should you continue with your behavior. When you reach the permanent ban step, you're essentially showing Riot that you're unable or unwilling to change your behavior, thus Riot no longer wants you to play their game.
If you want to contest your punishment, you can submit a ticket to Player Support, but if you have gone through the above punishment tiers, then unfortunately you're out of luck as Riot doesn't overturn bans that weren't given in error.
On your 14 day ban reform card it CLEARLY said that the next offense would lead to a permanent suspension Small offense, big offense. Doesn't matter. It's still an offense

So in your Original post you say you dont think you were toxic. Then when you post the logs you say you were being toxic as a joke. Well, even being toxic as a joke is against the rules. Now you know. And you dont have to consider yourself toxic to break the rules either. There's a lot of things that are against the rules. You should probably look over them again before making a new account. Hell, I dont think the word toxic is even in the rules, but I havent read them in a long time.
Also theres a tier list of punishments. After a 14 day ban, any rule breaking will result in a permaban. This is because you've shown an utter lack of interest in following the rules. That, or a lack of ability to follow them. Either one will eventually result in account bans, even if other people break the rules too.
Well hang on lads my EUW account got 3, 14 days suspension. yes I was purposely int feeding and yet no perm banned on that account yet. Dec 12 2019 at 24:0:0 i will play and see if i get perm banned next.

It doesnt matter if it was directed to your cousin or friend or whatever. Its in the chatlogs. The system see only the words that can get you banned not the context. You said those words , you was toxic , no matter to who or what. You said toxic stuff and got punished for it.
