Phone app that verifies login from unrecognised IPs

I just got hacked and banned for third party software on this account. Im not too mad because this is a smurf account but I had a lot of time played on it and have had it for a long time. It seems someone logged onto my account and played 4 games (3 vayne, 1 yasuo) and was apparently scripting. Im not asking to have my account unbanned because I know Riot wont do that but is there a phone app like bnet or steam that alerts you if your account is accessed from strange or unrecognised IPs? It seems there are a few cases her and there on the forums which have people getting hacked and banned since account management requires an email verification. I would be devasted if this happened on my main. Riot, are there any plans to come out with an app that does what I stated above? I havent thought about my account being hacked until just now when I received the notification that I had been banned even though I keep my passwords secure and secret from anyone else.

You know you can write into Riot support and have them check for unauthorized entry, if they find it to be true, they will unban the account.

Few months ago, they did have a dev blog saying they will have 2FA, but it's not out yet. Maybe with all the new games coming out, they would have something like that soon.

I personally have my doubts that hackers are responsible for scripting bans as often as people claim. That said, I agree that they finally need to include 2FA. I have decided quite a while ago not to spend any more money on the game until they do. Not because I'm particularly worried I'll lose it, but simply because I can't in good conscience support a developer that is willing to expose their customers to this much unnecessary risk.
