What does a 14 day ban prevent
I was recently banned for 14 days and I see people saying you loose skins and your ranked status is this true?

Only if you're high enough to decay, and you do lose season rewards.

Yeah, you lose eligibility to earn end of season rewards.
I wish they gave you a warning before a ban, this is my first offense and I got 14 day
They do give warnings? chat restrictions, unless you really did do something that goes above and beyond.
You don't lose skins, but you become ineligible for end of season rewards (ranked border, gold+ victory skin, etc.).
No reward. This is your FINAL warning before you get permaban.
