Intentional Feeding Reporters... What does lying do?

Few questions... 1.) Have you ever faced someone in lane who is better than you or just gotten the upper hand on you in a game? Apparently, for about 20% of this community the answer is a resounding, "No". They've never lost a lane and if you have it's because you are a hot garbage noob who did it intentionally to lose game. Not only are they going to flame you all game, at the end of game everyone in the game should report you for "inting"

2.) If you're one of these very sad and lonely creeps that insists on calling for "int reports" no matter what did you bother to offer advice to the player or try to gank to help them out? Most likely, the answer is a again, "no" because you are actually so dumb that you would rather spend 30 minutes complaining about someone causing your team to lose then take the 30 seconds to gank, get them back in it, and just win the game.

3.) Does anyone know or have any experience with the people who report losing lanes no matter what? If so, does Riot do anything about their constant false reports?

4.) Does an "inting" report against me, whether from a good member of community just having a bad day, or a psycho, have any effect on my account?

Nah, Riot throws those reports out. Folks get salty and try to punish players for losing their lane, but you're allowed to be outplayed without being further punished by Riot. You're safe.

As there is no way to determine somebodies intent outside of them buying mobis and running down mid, then in what case could feeders ever be reported? Its not as if those reports do anything because of "just a bad game", but one thing this board doesn't realize is how easily someone can int without making it appear they are doing so.

  1. Sounds about right, some people are self-centered idiots who take your mistakes personally as if you would go out of your way to ruin their game at the cost of your fun in the game. Yes it's stupid, but some people are just that dumb.

  2. Calling them out and insulting them isn't constructive

  3. Riot detects and throws out false reports. I'm fairly certain that such users' reports are given less weight and can even be ignored if they falsely report others too often.

  4. An "inting" report has no effect on you whatsoever unless you actually did int. And Riot has ways of detecting it. Players are rarely, if ever falsely punished for inting. You probably have nothing to worry about.

As long as you don't type stuff such as "damn im inting" or something (without actually meaning it ofc) you'll be fine with fake reports. YoummusYT had an issue with that in a game where he died a few more times than usual and he typed sth related to inting and he got banned for that(later unbanned after contacting riot)
