I disputed a ban. Want to know if I'm wrong

Im adding this after submitting a dispute. I know I messed up grammatically. I'm wanting to know if I'm correct or not. I doubt they will remove the ban. I just feel it's unfair that I spend a lot of time and money in game to be banned and not have much of a voice. I fully agree league should be harder on trolls, and toxic players. However, I feel like you should be allowed for more of a voice against your ban. I was banned once several years ago and learned my lesson. I was over the top toxic and would rage quit. Havent since then. It seems like Im wondering if this was also a mistake or I just got unlucky with this report.

Game 1 Pre-Game PopeJonn: %%% PopeJonn: double %%%

(I was in a party with two other people. We were having fun with each other. Not directed towards anyone. I understand if anyone is offended by this they have a censor option?)

In-Game PopeJonn: can we ff already PopeJonn: you guys have the all star team lol PopeJonn: i want out... PopeJonn: no you wont you havent played teemo before lol PopeJonn: teemo stop using most your shrooms for farming... PopeJonn: i just saw you lol PopeJonn: stop standing under garen PopeJonn: you are ranged why are you meleeing him

(nothing I said in game seems to even closely violate anything)

Post-Game PopeJonn: noobs PopeJonn: lool PopeJonn: will do PopeJonn: our viktor was pretty much afk .

(noobs was a joke said because they lost but only had 3 members. This was clearly part of a joke and was taken as one due to the fact that they actually held on really well to the game. I even reported for them. Viktor was my party member im not being toxic here.)

To summarize I believe that the system flagged me for using a swear word. I believe that a system didnt recognize the context or take in the fact that I was in a party with other members.

"Remember, taking a jab at your friend in the middle of the game is a lot different than making a glib remark at a complete stranger. Someone who is unfamiliar with what you consider playful may take your comment as an attack and react unfavorably. "

This is stated on your summoners code. I understand how it could have been taken as an attack to another member but thats not the case and I find it unfair.

While your chat logs as a whole weren't great, the only thing that really stands out is the pre-game chat.

I understand you were in a premade and that you think other people shouldn't be offended by this if the words weren't directed at them, but the bottom line is that there are 2 other people on your team and 5 people on the enemy team.

Zero-tolerance means zero-tolerance. Riot doesn't want these words on their platform in any capacity, whether you're duoed or in a 5-man premade. Sorry, but there's really no disputing this one.

"Taking a jab" is different than using hate speech or zero-tolerance language.

You're wrong.

People sometimes carry umbrellas when it's raining, but that doesn't mean it's ok to piss on them, you know?

Youre literally watching someone else play and telling them what to do in the middle of a match. Just stop dude. Thats so annoying. Its not like its for a play. Youre just watching him lane.

Looks like you used a zero tolerance term, also they don’t look at context anymore, nor could they in this case, doubt you will get this ban revoked.
