After leaving the game I had realized he had typed out my phone number, digit for digit. I have a fear he may have DDoSed me or possibly worse.

I can't see how someone would find your number with just your summoner name. IP addresses aren't exposed to other players and even with that, it's not linkable to a phone number in any way.
league of legend is lack of justice, the rule they made is only for themselves, not protect the real player who being blamed and wanna defend back.
If you have social media accounts, make sure they are all locked to only friends can see information, and remove uneccesary contact/identifying details.
