Irelia support harassed me all game, want to check on report

This shit player literally harassed me all game - took farm, reset abilities on all cs in lane and afterward, followed and used smite / dematerializer to take all the gold possible away from me to limit my impact on the game and make it total hell overall. It's a ranked game, so I'm not just going to leave, but I shouldn't be in this situation.

The player is named something like [REMOVED BY MODERATION-NO NAMING AND SHAMING ALLOWED}. Can I check on a report? This cancer kid truly has the most possible negative impact as possible on this community. He / she NEEDS to go.
