I find it bullshit when people tell me to kll myself and then i tell them to fuck off and such and i get muted for 24+ games and nothing happens to them fuck you riot

This is just a perception issue.
You see 100% of punishments you receive and almost never know about punishments other people receive.
they probably get punished if they were consistently toxic. I mean just report and mute them, responding with toxicity is just as bad according to riot.
were you under enemy turret with enemies closing in from all of your retreat paths?
You seem tilted, try the command in chat [/mute all] next time! I feel as if this is helpful when you are frustrated with players.
