Can't remake if someone connects? Seriously?

What is this garbage that if you connect to the game but if the AFK is there(hes sitting in fountain still connected) you can't remake? Are you kidding me? Are you trying to let trolls run wild riot? How does this have any kind of benefit for the 4 other people who actually want to play the game? There is literally no reason for this change. You are literally encouraging trolling now because people will connect and then not even play the game.
