Holy shit I forgot Shaclone exists. I stopped watching when he started trying to meme and sell shitty merch with his questionable friends. His in game content was always very enjoyable though.
I played against him in s3 as ezreal mid and he FLAMED me all game for winning. Is he a riot employee or something? hes a known toxic troll since he first started playing. why is he not banned?
I mean, the best that can be done is to give Shaclone the same treatment they gave tyler.
An ID ban where they ban any account that they spot and confirm to be his. Tyler got this after several dozen accounts banned, with many of them banned for being bought accounts and other infractions besides poor behavior.
Personally, I think there's grounds for an ID ban since he quite literally stated his intentions in the video to continue acting this way. The question would then be, would Riot want to dedicate the time and effort to enforce the ID ban? His viewer count is pretty low, so it's not like he's being this horrible role model to large swaths of the player-base. But I don't think that should sway Riot's decision.

How did Tyler1 get an ID ban and not Shaclone? I know that T1 used to be very toxic, but Shaclone is arguably worse and has stated that he won't change his ways.
Well they banned tyler1 on IP before. why not do the same for this troll? not a personal grudge. but people who watch this trolling quite motivate them to do the same? just an opinion. no need to throw rocks at me [sg-janna]
We talk about his inting but nobody mentions the serious stuff he's talking about. I mean, whether you agree with him or not, he does have some points. Especially about the gambling / tilt inducing accusations against rito, which I think are dead wrong and delusional, but that's the type of stuff that we should answer and discuss. And what about his minigame rant, and how the reward for side stepping a lux ult should be to get away, and not just avoid that portion of the damage / not have to contend with ludens or arcane comet or for abilities to have multiple parts. I can see how a modern, faster paced league with more moving parts and dynamics can be a very good thing, but I can also see how older MoBA players might not like it. Instead of trolling around because "Hurr durr inter bad" we should really afford him the utmost respect and discuss all of his ideas at length + give him a better platform

iirc he has been in the spotlight for inting/trolling quite a bit, but like sure he is popular gets views and stuff like that and he has quite a bit of supporters. Riot is Riot c: they will do what they want when they want c:

as for shaclone, y'all care too much about a player most of you prolly never had in your game before. The people that get matched will report him and he'll get banned in time, then he'll make a new account and the cycle goes on.

Welcome to Riot Games, where any renowned streamer guy, who brings advertisement, exposure no matter how toxic he is, gets free passes from the company. It's so sad that "being toxic" since S6 started to be a cool thing, when they gave full exposure to tyler1 (who got banned later on). Especially since this game was one of the first in my recent memory to confront this video game toxicity problem, sadly they fallen into their own pit that they tried to crawl out of and turned a blind eye on any high elo toxic behaviour. (Hello Meteos, Dyrus, IWillDominate). It's over....This game needs to be put out of it's misery already.
I used to like his contents and gameplays. Till he start acting like a cry baby when the game do not goes to his plan then start inting. Thats when i gave up watching his videos.....

He is intentionally ruining games for your player. Are you okay with this because he makes you a lot of money?
