ban inters

it is not hard to tell if someone is inting just -bad word- ban them. no warning, nothing. just instant ban just like the ifs does. there would be A LOT less flaming if you would do your -bad word- job and get rid of the trolls in the game instead of the people who are getting mad about the trolls.
