Trying to get my account un-banned.

Hey guys, I would like to talk about something most of you won't even agree with, which is trying to get my account banned I really regret my attitude back then because I was toxic whenever I get tilted or someone flames me in the chat, I'm not using this as an excuse but I actually have anger issues which were caused because of something I don't really want to talk about. All I want is to get my account back and I've sent riot few tickets (so many actually) begging them to un-ban my account but the response has always been the same which was that they can't do anything about it, I've heard that so many people got their perma ban reverted into a 14 day ban or they just remove it. I'm not saying that "OOHH RIOT SHOULD REMOVE MY PERMA BAN", but I really feel sorry and I'm ready to apologize to everyone I've flamed before and I feel reformed and all I want is one more chance but im starting to lose hope sadly:(, has anyone ever got un-ban or knows something about it?
